I call it a snow effect just because is wasn’t real “greatest snow on Earth” like my license plates say. But I am grateful for the moisture and covering up the dead looking trees and bushes. It’s so uniquely pretty here, that no matter what conditions, it’s awesome! You can’t take a bad picture here unless your thumb is in front of the lens. Proof:
